Teeny Tiny Two-Bite One-Chip Cookies

I love tiny cookies! And, I'm wild about chcocolate chip cookies! These were so fun to make, and they are pop-in-your-mouth-by-the-handful delicious!

My three-year-old daughter helped me with the rolling. She was totally in to it, and she did a great job. Baking with her can be frustrating with the wrong project, but this was a fun stress-free recipe that she could totally do. I was so proud of her when we finished, and she was very excited to tell "Dada" what she had made.

First, you create a tiny, teaspoon sized dough ball. Then, you encase a single chip. Finally, you bake these little lovelies.

They looked adorable going in to the oven. Aww. I think I'm feeling extra motherly today.

The recipe is by Dorie Greenspan, and it's in her newest book, Dorie's Cookies. It was super easy to follow. I didn't change a thing.
