Running, One Year Later

I've been running for just over a year now.  It's been a fun adventure, and I plan to continue for a long time. My goal is to "be a runner" for at least ten years! My husband is my running partner, and, even though we rarely get to run together, I am so thankful to share this experience with him.

I thought about sharing my tips and thoughts, but there are so many others online that are much more qualified to coach.  So, here are three running and fitness sites that I have frequented over this past year.

I follow her on Instagram, and I find her approach to fitness to be so inspiring.

These clothes will make you look like a pro even if you are on your first week of c25k.
