Cajun Kale Chips

Kale chips are not new, but my shirt is!  I found it at Target, and it made me laugh.  It also made me crave some kale chips.  It's been a while.  I had to look up baking temps to remind myself how to make them.  Here's the "recipe": cut the leaves from the stems, lightly oil, season with Cajun seasoning, and spread out on an oven-safe wire rack/baking sheet.  Bake for about 30 minutes at 250 degrees F.  Turn the leaves over once or twice during baking.  Cook until they are crisp, but with very little browning.
