Chocolate Kettle Corn

Easy. Delicious. Do it. 

Cook the popcorn on the stovetop as directed on the package. The only change is that you add an equal amount of sugar as there is of oil or butter. You can use white or brown sugar. I prefer the brown because it has more of a caramel flavor. 

When you finish with the popping, dump popcorn on to a baking sheet. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Let the chocolate cool and harden (or not). I feel like Emeril because that's popcorn kicked up a notch! Bam!
