Boing

My latest hobby...bouncing! Yes, I know it sounds a bit odd, but it's the best.  I had to buy an exercise ball for a birthing class.  I did a quick Google search and saw that it's very common to use them during pregnancy as a chair and/or exercise tool.

Since this winter feels like it's going to last forever, I've been trying to creatively incorporate movement into each day.  The exercise ball has helped with some of my 9th month aches and pains.  I haven't done any specific exercise ball workouts, but I have done some arm workouts with light hand weights.  I really like it because I have to engage my whole body.  It's not that intense, sometimes I just sit on it, but that's perfect for me at this point.

I got the Gaiam Balance Ball from Target, but I think this pearl white ball especially pretty, as far as workout balls go.
